Wow… what a busy week I had… From last friday till today… There were so many events happened in my camp and few more are on it’s way.. But I must say IT IS TIRING…

Starting on last Friday, my 1st task was to do home visit to NSmen home where they didnt respond to camp notice of In-Camp Training. Detail started at 1800hrs and by the time I returned to camp, it was almost 2200hrs. Sigh… can say I am unlucky. Got to visit central areas like North Bridge road, Toa Payoh, etc during peak period. The traffic was horrible… Imagine I drove a manual car somehow… Have to clutch in and out esp at one point I was on a slope while I was going to North Brdge road from Commonwealth. Afterall,  I can claim off.. so… it wasnt that bad.

Then come Saturaday where my whole MT Line unit stand by in camp for recall. Reached camp at 0800hrs and waited till 1500hrs. In the end, only saw Police units being recall.. Later found out coz the system down! Sad…

Then my camp had a 3 days exercise… 1st day still alright.. But going home time extended till 1730hrs. Half an hr later than my usual knock off time. But comes the second day where I need to stay back till 2100hrs+. They conducted some injects for the whole camp including blackout drill. Funny thing is one of my unit floodlight couldnt turn it off even by switching off the master switch and technician has to be called in. Lucky thing was blackout inject was activited after the techinian managed to switched it off… But yet… another day burned… Sigh…

Now, hoping that I will be able to clear some off to rest. Really need it desperately. Otherwise, my mind is so occupy with too many things and it does hurt mentally…

hmm… I believe Nov n Dec will be the busiest mths before I start to relax and leave all things to my understudy. Haha… Bascially there will be some more major events happening before I step down n it requires the senior guys to participate in… To be exact… 11 senior guys including myself will be out by next year Apr… so, a lot of backup of new drivers are needed… Too bad that my unit cant advertise in the newspaper for hiring (just joking).

In camp so far so good… just that definitely there are things that dont go smoothly but think about it again.. it dont worth my time to bother that much after 5. Afterall, if it is a company that I own, of course, I will put in time to manage it well n ensure that pple working under me are efficient n better care of.

After much consideration, it’s time to do what I have miss out for the past few mths…  Have been slacking so much that havnt do any jogging for the past few weeks… maybe that’s y I seem to be easily ‘attack’ by flu virus. Hopefully will be able to plan for it…

Sad… After 10 to 11 years, my father plan to go on holiday to New Zealand again. But this time… w/o me! Reason being my dad is going on the 02 Dec and it clash with my Adv Dip term test! Somemore two papers and it carries 30% of the overall result. If I miss these tests.. well, I can say I pray hard and burn midnight oil to make sure my project and semester exam to score full marks!

Though.. my dad "cover back" my lost by providing me an air ticket to Hong Kong after I ORD in Apr next year but I miss the scencary in NZ… So comfortable and yet relaxing.. esp when the gentle wind blowing while you are horse riding… Tried once and it is so good. Anyway, going back to Hong Kong also not bad.. somemore it is in my plan for next year after ORD. Can visit the just open Disneyland, planning to do futhur studies there and targeting HK poly U in the textile side and most important, visit once my home in HK…
