Amazing… That’s the word I describe my Disneyland trip. Why? Simply coz all along, I have been very influence by HK media and other reports saying all kind of negative things about the HK theme park. Ever since April 06, when I made my first trip back to HK, I never visited the theme park once n now, after 1 and half years of stay in HK, this is my first.
What makes it so amazing to me? Hmm… Well, I guess mostly coz my elder sis n younger bro are here and I must admit, this is the first time, I took so many photos of myself. Hahaaa… Reason being, all three of us decided to get one item representating any Disney characters and put it on for the whole day. My sis n bro got themselves this Micky mouse ear headband n I got a pair of Micky’s hand glove. It does attracted a lot of attendtion from passer by especially my pair of Micky’s hand glove. Kids look at it n actually ask their parents whether can they have one. Hahaaa… I remember one kid saw my Micky’s hand glove while Q-ing for a show n asked her mum whether can she has one? But too bad… Her mum replied: "No no, it no use to U, Darling". Hahaaa… Come on, let’s make it an experience. True that it is quite expensive. HK$75.00 per pair and we dont see many pple getting it. Hahaa…

I always get so excited when holidays seasons come. Especially those long PHs, wow man… For Lunar New Year, being consider as a "Hong Kong" foreign imported worker or to say it simple, foreign worker, I always enjoy the long holidays. Aside from the 3 days official holidays on the calendar, my company announced an extra week off!!! That’s mainly coz my industry is very heavily rely on China factories and Lunar New Year holidays in China are even longer. Given the fact that it is once every year all type of workers return home for reunion. Anyway, Wow.. to me, that’s where I will "fight" to book an air ticket back to Singapore for reunion as well. Of course, there are some disadvantages… That’s mean plenty of following up to do. And it has been about two weeks since I started work after the Lunar New Year holidays, I start to feel exhausted… Oh my gosh… Still long way to go before the next Lunar New Year holidays. Hahaaa…. Thinking about 2008 Lunar New Year, I think time flies. Whenever Lunar New Year comes, beside looking forward to long holidays, that’s also mean I will be another year older coz my birthday fall after the Lunar New Year (Abt 15 days later). Just wondering how my mum spent her Lunar New Year in 1982… Hahaa… Big stomach and visiting my relatives from house to house I guess… For this year, I starting to realise that time flies very fast!!! Super fast… So do inflation rate in all countries… BUT why my saving doesnt catch up with the pace??? Well, at least my CPF does make me feel comfort a bit.. But I can only use that sum of money when I am going to retire and now… My government is planning to raise the retirement age… I just wonder if I can live till that age or not!!! Hahaaa… Anyway, look at the bright side and you know… As the song goes by "Always look on, the bright side of life"… Something like that… Hopefully I will and you know… Problems less in work and many many $$$ comes!!!

It is always nice to be back to Singapore. Really! I guess friends who are reading this may think that I am crazy but i am speaking the truth. The sky here is always blue, the air is always fresher, will never get bore with the food here, though cost of living is abit higher but it is the quality of living that matters and many more. Sigh… Well, I am not regretting on my decision made one yr + ago of working in HK was wrong but it does make me miss "My Home" even more. To say it simple, "I miss this place and it is always nice to be back". A place where it is full of my wonderful memories that I dont want to forget.
For this trip that I am back, the main objective is to see my younger sis off to Canada as she applied for a student exchange there. At the same time, maybe I can consider it as a break or holidays? Hmm… Hang out with my friends at Orchard rd. Very fun and enjoyed myself very much. Invited my friends over to my place for Majong on New Year Eve. They even taught me to play Majong so that I can fill in the gap when a player is short. BUT… sigh.. On the very 1st day of the New Year, I lost a total of $S25.00 as a host!!! Though I take it as "Lesson fee" but I will be back! Okie! My majong "Virgin" night kena "Rape"… Hahahaa… During CNY, I make sure I will earn back what I lost on the New Year. Watch out man!!! Hahaa… Anyway, will be back again for the CNY!
See ya soon and this is the first blog in the New Year and it has been quite a while I havnt been writing. Hopefully, you will hear more from me soon.

It has been quite sometime that I didnt write a single blog. Not sure when was my last time but guess it was very long time. Yeah. Actually reason being that I dont know how come recently, I get tired very easily. Either I dont sleep well at night or maybe stress??? Hahaa… Stress.. Quite true. Now as my company is getting busier, a lot of my clients are chasing me for the due date for delivery. Chase either by men or women (Hmm… women is better but sometime, dont understand on the phone, her voice is damn sweet… But when meet her face to face… Hmm… "Coughing"… Dont want to continue). Haha.. Also coz of that, I can have more chances of meeting young and pretty (depending on luck) female merchaniser. Hmm… sound gd? Not really. Maybe IF she was your gf… But when the due date drawing nearer for delivery… Hahaa.. sometime I dare not even answer the phone when she calls my mobile. Kekeee…
Anyway, it has one yr since I set my foot in HK. A very tiring period yet fruitful in the sense that I learned a lot in all areas. Maybe a bit mature lah! Hahaa… But… Sigh… As I am going to be 26 this coming Feb… My dad and mum will say "Son, dont forget your relationship hor!". That’s when the headache comes. Worse still, my elder sis kena taken and soon… From Ms to Mrs… And to me, being the second child in the family and the eldest grandson in my family line… The spotlight will be on me next after Nov 07. Sometimes, I somehow think that… Well, I got to accept the fact that maybe I am having a bit of success in my career, but for relationship… Well, nothing has started. To be true, maybe its time to look at myself on the mirror and see which area/s I can improve on or work on. (*Coughing*… Please hor… I mean the extras "ring" or "belly" or FATS and not anything futher down hor… "He" is strong and healthy loh! Well maintain. Need not worry… Kekee…) Hope burning off some fats and making myself look gd will be a good start. Hmm.. Better prepare myself for tomorrow gym workout and important, sleep early and have a gd sleep! Time to ZzZzzz…

Wow… What a day for me. A sunday and imagine normally if I were in Singapore, how I spend this nice and enjoyable sunday is a morning walk with my parents at East Coast Park. A definitely a regular visit to Coffeebean & Tea leaf outlet at East Coast for breakfast. Later at noon, going out for lunch with my family in town and if there is any block buster movie on screen, we will definitely not to miss any as my parents are a movie lovers and well, a dinner outside before we call it off a nice sunday.
BUT… Things have been so different for me as I decided to work in HK one year ago… As my 1st anniversary is coming (Pls dont mistaken it… My 1st yr staying in HK and not any BGR thing okie.. Sigh.) in Sept 22, I feel that my Sunday are always so busy with housework instead. Ever since the day I started to live alone in May 07, my weekends are always fill with plenty of housework. Just like today 26/08, I dont know how I got this drive of mopping the floor and even when I found out that I didnt have a floor cleaning detergent, I even took the effort to rush down to the supermarket in my condo and buy one. I dont know… Maybe at the point when I found out that my house dont have any detergent, I should have told myself this: "Arh… Let’s forget it man!". Sit down and relax… Wait for tonight soccer match at 2230hrs for the game Man Utd against Spurs at Old Trafford with my Heineken beer and my fav snacks - peanuts and chips… Oops… Hope my mum dont happen to read my blog as she has been telling me over the phone when I call back home: "Son, when you have time, please kindly go and do some exercise, otherwise, you wont have any BGR thing going on soon…!". Hmmm… Fortunately, I am staying alone… Imagine if I have my mum with me in HK and if she has those rules in mind of Army which I used to have when I was in Tekong for 3 months army training for my 2 yrs and 4 mths of national service… "Son! Stand by fridge in 2 mins… Is that clear!"… I just wondering where am I going to hide all my Heineken beers… There are still plenty in my fridge. Anyway, I was just talking crap… think for the past 5 mins when I am typing this blog… I am not that fat… But just that doing housework definitely help to burn a lot of myfats away… Which I found out that the main reason why I havnt even use my squash racket since I got it in July…
Doing housework is not any simple job as what we guys always think. I think any girls reading this, they are either clapping with smile or if they feel touch, maybe they are shedding a tears or two now… Hahaa… But it is true man… Come on, imagine a guy like me who is so used to having a maid to do all the housework in my Singapore’s home, start to say this… It does mean that we guys should appreciate and respect more of our ladies, be it your mum, ur sibling, ur gf or even your maid… When they are doing/helping out with the hosuework. Just by mopping the floor, I felt so arching after mopping a floor area of 688 sq m today… Even now when I am typing, I feel some arching at my back… So, imagine ladies who even need to do other things without a rest… Sigh… have been doing a lot of self-reflection these days… Maybe I am alone that’s why… Hahaa… Anyway, time for my dinner at my relative’s place… Will continue when I have any new self-reflection to share.. kekee.. Hahaa.. :p

Yeah, finally the time has come… After waited for so long, finally, my elder sis, being the eldest child in my Liao family, is getting married. It is a gd news to my whole family especially my grandparent from both side have been waiting for so long. Yet, I am the only one who bear happiness on my face and saddness in my heart… *Sob*… Coz I will be the next in line for the bell or I should say the spotlight will turn to me after Nov this yr… Sigh… Thinking abt it, I am still a single and nothing has been developing yet since I was young… Unlike my elder sis whose status is "Developed country". Mine is still a "Third world country". So what can I say? Speechless… Hopefully, time will come and I can see love is in the air soon. Or to put it simple, let’s fate decides.

This will be the first time ever that I visit my relative’s factory in China and stay there for two weeks. They are doing printing and dyeing of fabrics which is what my family business is doing. Indeed, it is a very good opportunities for me to get to know what it going on when my client place order. From the time I receive confirmation on fabric quality, colour, handfeel, etc from my client to the moment the factory send out small quantity samples for confirmation and further to make bulk quantities once approve. I can witness every single process involved. One good thing about my relative’s factory is that they do make garment as well. But the main objective of the trip is to see how printing and dyeing are all about. As for garment manufacturing, hmmm… Maybe next time bah…
For the first three days of this two weeks trip, I can say it was heaven to me. Because for that three days, I was staying in Hotel. A four stars hotel! One of my company client wanted to visit our factory and therefore my uncle arranged them to see this factory of my relative. So, to be close to our client, I am arranged to stay with them in the hotel till they leave for some other place on Wednesday. A colleague of mine in the company as well as a cousin of mine accompany me for this trip. Reached Shanghai on 23 July and immediately went to hotel for rest and the next day morning, had a walk in the factory to know the surrounding so that on the next day, which is Wednesday, 25 July, the client will visit the factory in the morning. This client has a very busy schedule. Came from Tsing Dao and immediately leave for another factory after visiting mine.
But once the client and my colleague left on wednesday, leaving my cousin and I over for the next 11 days… I feel that I have drop from heaven to hell… Kekee… Coz I miss the bed, TV, 24 hrs internet services and especially the toilet in the hotel!!! The bed in the factory hostel is hard, TV channels are all so limited to the Chinese channels where without fail, TV commerical can be repeated 3x at one shot or more if I miss count. I got to pray damn hard for internet service to be on as the reception is not that good… Even for now, I am lucky to type this blog out coz there is some connection. Otherwise, no internet means nothing to do… The toilet is the most important thing I consider in my life coz I always need a comfortable place to shower, doing my business… But it is a bit… U know… And worse of all, so far, today is Sunday (29 July), I have encounted two power failure. Imagine w/o air con during a China summer… Sigh… Damn sad… Though it is slightly better than my outfield training… *Sob* but I still 6 more days to go… Er… But I hope that I can convince my elder cousin who is the boss of this factory, to let my cousin and I have our last night in China, staying in hotel. Please…

What a shock to my life… I lost my passat… But fortunately, she saved my young bro… Thanks god. My young bro met an accident on Wednesday, in the afternoon Singapore time. At that time, it was 2 plus in the afternoon and heard that it was pouring heavily. Somehow, my bro lost control of the car when negotiating with a right bend, my dear passat strike the railing and onto the tree. As far as I know, the left side of my car were badly damage and was announced beyond repair when sent to the workshop after TP released my car. Worst thing was all the valuable staffs inside the car were stolen!!! Just imagine, meeting an accident is bad enough, yet, someone just take it as opportunity to steal all the valuable staffs inside while my bro were receiving medical attendion. Fortuantely, no serious injury to my bro. Just the state of shock and some minor cuts/injuries to his knee. But I hate the person who stolen all the valuable things inside the car. I swear he will have no good luck but surrrounded with all the terrible things to that person. Ass…

After being single for so long… Suddenly have this feeling of falling in love again. Dont know is it coz of loneliness or simply it’s time to look into relationship seriously. Ya… I must admit I am looking for someone who I want to commit. But as this is not as simple as what I usually do for my grocery shopping weekly. As long as it is fresh, here it goes to my shopping bag.
Lately, I seen this girl who I wanted to approach BUT… My courage stopped me and the only thing I can do was to look at her from far. This lady is a SIA girl. Haha… Surprise for readers reading especially my friends? I was on this flight on 04 July, SQ868 taking off from Singapore at 1900hrs to Hong Kong. I must admit the smile from this lady has attracted most of my attendion throughout the whole 3 and a half hours of flight. Look quite sweet but just that I am wondering how old will she be. I think she is quite a nice girl and guess that she is quite young. Around my age, I hope so. One of my secondary friend who is a SIA girl as well may help… Pls and hopefully she knows her… Pls read this blog of mine but anyway, I will drop you a msg (Sound quite desperate hor? Kekee…). Will treat you anything if things can work out… Okie?
